Phillip Stone was raised in Conway, Arkansas and graduated from Conway High School in 2000.  He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Mississippi where he graduated magna cum laude in 2004 with a Bachelor's of Business Administration.  He received his Juris Doctrate degree from the University of Arkansas, School of Law, where he graduated cum laude in 2008.

Phillip Stone's practice areas include business planning, and litigation, domestic relations, probate, estate planning, and personal injury litigation.  He is also a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney in Dallas and Calhoun Counties.  He is licensed to practice in Arkansas and Texas and is admitted to the United States District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas and the Eastern District of Texas.

Stone is a member of the Union County Bar Association, where he currently serves in the position of Secretary/Treasurer and the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association.
