Robin J. Carroll is an El Dorado attorney who is admitted to practice in Arkansas, both U.S. District Courts of Arkansas and the U.S. Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals. His practice is concentrated in employment law and civil litigation. His practice areas are civil rights, labor, business and commercial litigation, domestic relations, election law, campaign finance and personal injury.
Carroll is a member of the Union County Bar Association (President, 2000), Arkansas Bar Association (House of Delegates, 1997-2000, 2001- ) and American Bar Association and the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association.
He is a 1995 graduate of the University of Arkansas at Little Rock School of Law. Carroll graduated from Henderson State University with honors in 1993.

He was Captain of the golf team his senior season and was named a NAIA all-America Scholar Athlete and GTE Academic All-American.
Carroll is Vice-chair for Governmental Matters and present board member of the El Dorado Chamber of Commerce, Secretary of the SouthArk Community College Foundation Board, Advisory Board of the Salvation Army, Vice-Chair of the El Dorado Planning and Zoning Commission, member of the Henderson State University Alumni Board, past President of the El Dorado Rotary Club and Paul Harris Fellow, former Elder at the First Presbyterian Church, and former chair of the Union County TEA Coalition.

Carroll also serves as Legal Counsel to the Democratic Party of Arkansas and the Boy Scouts of America, DeSoto Area Council.
Carroll was named as one of the Ten Outstanding Young Arkansans by the Arkansas Junior Chamber of Commerce in 1997 and one of the Arkansas Business "Forty Under Forty" business leaders in 2001. He is married to Leslie Carroll and they have two children, Peter James Carroll II and Jessica Robbins Carroll.
