The firm of Vickery and Smart, PLLC is a three man firm that provides legal services for business entities, including issues of taxation, statutory entity compliance, contracts and employment agreements.  The firm handles domestic relations issues such as divorce, custody, visitation, and support.  All members of the firm practice in the state and federal courts, and have caseloads including personal injury and commercial litigation.  The firm regularly provides in-office advise in such areas as wills and trusts, probate, employment issues (including wrongful termination and discrimination claims), and tax and estate planning.

Vickery and Smart, PLLC is the current successor to a sequence of firms that have served South Arkansas for more than 35 years.  We consider ourselves as engaged in the general practice of law, suited to the needs and expectations of it's community and clients.
